About Cypress Ponds
Cypress Ponds was formerly called the Mary Frances Place Subdivision. This subdivision is a peaceful retreat nestled among nature’s best: cypress trees, with most home sites surrounded by ponds and creeks. The water features also include a fountain in each pond. So walking or driving through this subdivision is enhanced by the sounds of water and by the sight of a plethora of playful wildlife. So whether it’s the geese swimming in a pond or the egrets frolicking, the result is the same: a calming environment. Who knew such beauty and peace were so attainable? The estate sized home sites offer true privacy for its fortunate residents. Home sites are very limited.
Cypress Ponds is changing the name to more accurately reflect the life style being offered to its residents. Cypress Ponds offers a mélange of trees; however, the majority of the trees are cypress trees because of the high concentration of water. In addition the common area features two gazebos and structures to enhance your experience with nature. During the development of Cypress Ponds the original trees and water features were preserved. So for the residents, the connection with nature is effortless!!!
